This urban and architectural proposal is composed of eleven single family houses in an exuberant landscape that combines a rocky coastline, dense vegetation and small beaches. The single family houses were designed individually according to each clients’ needs and the specificities of each lot. The total built area of the houses is approximately 800,00 m2. The proposals vary, from simple houses with hipped roofs covered with wooden roofing tiles interconnected through trellises, to more complex solutions as the case of one house that is entirely over a bridge avoiding any soil disturbance or another one that is entrenched between two rocks with a tensile structure that expands towards the sea.
Although the design of the houses is customized there is a strong preoccupation to achieve a harmonious and coherent set without repetitive solutions.
