INIRIO

In this project for a retrofit of a downtown office we removed the interior walls in order to integrate employees and volunteers and to encourage cohesion and participation within the team.
The work spaces are open or enclosed according to their specific functions with floor to ceiling glass panels (some of them with acoustic insulation).
The existing ceiling panels were removed purposely leaving the ductwork and pipework visible to incorporate them into the project. Acoustic comfort is obtained then through the application of acoustic panels to the ceiling.
Some peripheral walls were highlighted with bright colors to enrich the spaces where floor, walls and ceiling are predominantly gray. Transparence, dynamism and technology are the main features of the set.
